Can I bring my own parts?
Yes, you can. We don’t mind installing parts you supply, but understand this — we can’t warranty any labor that way. If a part fails, leaks, or doesn’t fit right, you’ll be responsible for the labor to remove and reinstall your replacement parts. We’ll always install them correctly, but we can’t stand behind a product we didn’t sell or source.
How long will my project take?
As long as it takes to do it right. We don’t rush jobs, and we don’t cut corners to hit a made-up deadline. Some builds take a day, others take weeks depending on the parts, complexity, and how busy the shop is. Quality takes time — plain and simple.
Do you warranty your work?
Yes. All work we perform with parts purchased through us is covered under our workmanship warranty. If we supplied it and installed it, we stand behind it. If we didn’t, we’ll still help fix it, but it won’t be under warranty.
If I find a cheaper price somewhere else, will you match it?
We’ll take a look at it, but here’s the truth — every shop is different. I’m not here to compete with backyard mechanics, cash jobs, or shops cutting corners to save a few bucks. We run a professional operation with real insurance, certified equipment, and skilled techs who do things the right way. That comes with a certain level of cost and quality.
So while I’ll always review another quote to see if something doesn’t add up, chances are you’re already getting my best price up front. I don’t play pricing games, and I don’t lowball to win work. I price it fair, do it right, and stand behind it. That’s what you’re paying for — real work done by real professionals.
Can I talk directly to the owner?
Absolutely. Around here, you don’t have to fight through phone menus or assistants. If there’s something important, you can talk directly to the person making the decisions. That’s how it should be.
Do you handle full custom builds?
Yes, it’s what we do best. Whether it’s a complete off-road rig, a weekend trail setup, or a fully loaded overland build, we handle it in-house from planning to fabrication. Every part of your project is designed and built for performance, safety, and longevity.
What kind of vehicles do you work on?
Mostly trucks, Jeeps, and 4x4s — the kind of vehicles that actually see dirt. But if it’s got wheels, a drivetrain, and needs quality work, we’ll take a look.
Why should I choose Ashland Offroad & Customs?
Because we do things the right way. No shortcuts, no guesswork, no nonsense. We take pride in what we build, and that shows in how we treat our customers. We’d rather turn away a job than do it halfway. If you want something built right — once — you’ll want it built here.
