Description
This kit is designed for Jeep owners who want a clean, aggressive look, improved ride quality, and dependable everyday performance without overcomplicating the build. It is one of the best value suspension systems available for the Jeep JL Unlimited Sport and is ideal for daily driving, light off-road use, rough roads, camping trips, and weekend adventures.
The ride quality remains comfortable and controlled thanks to the included road-friendly springs while still allowing enough suspension flex for mild off-road terrain such as dirt roads, small rocks, tree limbs, and uneven trails. It is the perfect setup for someone who wants their Jeep to sit higher, fit larger tires, look great around town, and maintain reliable street manners.
This package is also easily upgradeable in the future if you decide to build the Jeep into a more serious off-road vehicle later on.
Wheel & Tire Fitment
Factory 18” wheels are required for this package.
Factory 17” wheels are not recommended due to clearance issues with the rear sway bar end links. While wheel spacers can technically be used, we do not recommend spacers unless upgraded heavy-duty wheel studs are installed as well. Spacers are considered a compromise solution and require a signed waiver if installed.
Another option is eliminating the rear sway bar entirely to clear the factory 17” wheels, but this can negatively affect highway stability and handling. This setup also requires a signed waiver.
Factory Components Retained
This kit keeps many important factory components in place for reliability and comfort:
- Factory front upper and lower control arms
- Factory rear upper and lower control arms
- Factory front driveshaft
- Factory rear driveshaft
- Factory rear track bar using a rear track bar relocation bracket
The included rear track bar bracket improves axle alignment, although the rear axle may still sit slightly toward the passenger side. This has not caused any known issues on our installed kits. For customers wanting the rear axle centered as precisely as possible, an upgraded adjustable rear track bar is available as an option.

Installation & Protection Details
We take extra steps during installation to improve long-term durability and reliability:
- All hardware is marked after torqueing for movement inspection
- Red or blue Loctite applied to all removed and reinstalled fasteners
- Copper anti-seize applied to bolt shanks and non-Loctite thread areas
- Any exposed metal from grinding is painted to prevent corrosion
- Rusted areas disturbed during installation are cleaned and repainted
- Additional anti-seize protection applied in areas prone to rust such as spring pockets
Steering & Handling Corrections
The included caster correction system helps restore factory-like steering feel after lifting the Jeep by:
- Helping the steering wheel return to center properly
- Reducing wandering while driving
- Improving overall road stability
- Helping prevent steering vibration issues commonly referred to as “death wobble”
Looking for Other Options?
Package 2
Retains factory 17” wheels by eliminating the rear sway bar. This setup may reduce stability at highway speeds and requires careful driving along with a signed waiver.
Package 3
Uses wheel spacers combined with upgraded heavy-duty wheel studs to allow additional wheel clearance. This setup pushes the wheels outward for a wider stance.
Optional Upgrade
Upgrade to an adjustable rear track bar for more precise rear axle centering.
